The hotel has very bad smell all over the hotel and they are trying to hide it with strong perfumes. The staff doesnt speak english or they dont want to understand it and they are very arrogant. The breakfast selection is very small and the opening hours could be better. Location isnt also ideal. The hotel is very far away from everything. And one of the most annoying thing in this hotel is that they play music on...

Helpful staff, clean hotel, good continental style breakfast, far from city but frequent shuttle to the nearest metro. All in all a fine stay...

Almost everything (Location, Service, Staff) was bad. Service was really poor. Hotel staff were extremely unpleasant. My native language is English, so my pronunciation of Italian words may not be perfect, but that is certainly no reason for staff to insult me. I also dont correct staffs English, even though most of them speak it very poorly. Only person who did her job well was the cleaning woman. I do not see r...

We took an uber everyday to the city centre and back to the hotel, because the hotel was far from Milano city centre. And difficult to plan trips with busses and trains when your not used to the country or area. But if you have a car with u it is worth it ...

Upon arrival we got the bus from Malpensa Airport into Milano Central station, this cost 10 each. As it was late we then got a taxi to the hotel, which cost 26. The hotel was lovely but a bit out of the way of the city. They have a shuttle bus which will drop you at train station for trains into Milan, you can ask at the reception - you can also phone the hotel and the shuttle bus will collect you from RHO Fieramil...
