Very Poor Experience, Not a 5 Star Hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. I am one of the brand's Platinum Tiered members and was treated as if I had never stayed on their properties.
The room was very very warm and the temperature could not be adjusted, so we were sweating at night.
The room seemed to have a main water pipe going through the ceiling that sounded like a waterfall all night long, you can vividly hear it on the video I recorded. The bed was inc...

NH Collection Milan offers an incredible location to access the shopping districts, and Milan Duomo.
It may appear a dated interior with less bling, but its clean, functional, reasonably priced, and offers a great breakfast. Yes it could have a lower priced restaurant, but the service is excellent. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Milan. It is a short walk to get to the Duomo and other great sites. The train is also easily accessible, and I would highly recommend using the train service if you need to get around town. It is super easy. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable. Victoria and Arwa are the best in this hotel in hospitality and smiling. Best in doing their job and introduce this wonderful hotel. They are quick in response to our requests. They are good in their appearance and personality. They are excellent....

Amazing Hotel and a very pleasant staff. We went just for 2 days and they made sure we enjoyed every minute of it. Best part of our day was the breakfast, rich and very colourful.
