I would recommend you go elsewhere. In September I requested a quiet room on a high floor. They put me on the fifth floor next to two rooms undergoing renovation. Drilling, jackhammers, etc. when I went to the desk they helped somewhat. No manager available. One clerk told me they had to do construction. Then dont book rooms next to it.
I had to accept a room close to the street. It is small and dated.

I stayed at this hotel for three days while travelling with work. The hotel is in a great location, less than a minute from the Lima metro station. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and restaurants and you can easily get to the centre Duomo. Unfortunately I didnt like the hotel. Staff was friendly at check in but failed to mention how to connect to the WiFi or where to find certain things in the room. The r...

Stayed two nights at the Unahotels Galles Milano.
We had booked two rooms for six people (3 adults/3 kids).
Upon arriving at Malpensa we took the train to Milano Centrale which is in close proximity to the hotel.
The rooms decor was dated but classy/clean.
The rooftop patio provides great views of the city.
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
The pool is warm and clean.
The metro is directly in front of the hotel.

We stayed in a standard room which was very traditional in look and feel. Old in style but very clean. We also stayed in a modern junior suite which was fantastic, roomy and very clean. The free access rooftop of the hotel gave great views of the sunset over Milan, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.
The only let down was the restaurant staff. They all seemed so incredibly sad and gave you an unwelco...

Great hotel in a very good location. Lots of excellent shop, cafes and restaurants close by. Metro stop is 150 metres. Rooms fairly large. Coffee machine and kettle. Well stocked mini bar. Brilliant air conditioning.Staff were excellent. Only 1 small problems. Access to the shower. Large bath side which you had to step over to get into the shower. Accident waiting to happen.
