Great Location, Great Hotel

Frequent guest. Cant beat the location. Center of downtown, things to do everywhere. Hotel is part of the Desjardins Complex, which has a parking garage (at a very reasonable price!), many restaurants and a grocery store. Tough to beat the convenience.
Rooms have always been good, dont recall ever having an issue....

Great hotel close to central station so easy to find. Rooms are very nice but a lot of noise from the other sleeping guests . Walking down the corridor and kids running down the corridor. Overall great spot and near the shopping centre was perfect...

Most misleading hotel ever!

We stayed in room 1102 for the Paul McCartney concert. We upgraded our stay to premium bedding and city view. What a joke. Our duvet wasnt even inside a duvet cover and the super thin blanket given was felt like a regular blanket not an upgraded blanket by any means. What a waste. Not to mention that the room was FREEZING cold when we arrived and we werent given the proper amount of towels. Next time were sta...

We stayed for the weekend, staff were so nice and polite . Breakfast is ok. There is some construction next to the hotel but it did not affect our stayed. There was only one thing , a lady for Costa Rica inside the hotel offering trips around the area who was very rude to us . I have asked how to take the train and she said why do you need to take the train or what for she was questioning everything. We will d...

LIVE TREES Pleasantly found Live Trees IN ENTRANCE LIVE Plants! great relief from cheap companies putting disgusting plastic dust collecting cheap companies not interested in quality air ambiance or clean air for visitors Bravo for keeping quality live Plants wholesome healthy homemade food in restaurant
