Great hotel, very convenient location.
First a high praise for the 3 delightful ladies at the front desk Ashley, Amanda, and Shaira. They were courteous friendly knowledgeable and friendly and eager to assist.
Next a shout out to Jerry in the bar. A great very personable person with excellent bartending skills. Ask him to make you a Jerry his signature cocktail. You will order a second I assure you.

Worst hotel experience!
Our room was not properly cleaned after the first night and on the second day, housekeeping never came at all. When we raised the issue, the manager repeatedly accused us of placing a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, which we absolutely did not. Instead of coming up to inspect the situation herself, she told us to go down to the front desk completely unhelpful and dismissive.

Modern and noisy by the highway

Nice, modern and welcoming room. You fell welcomed when you come into your room. On the 11th floor, there are more windows... it looks amazing.
It's close to the highway, so great but if you have a room on the side of the highway, you hear traffic all the time... day and night....

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
Pros: nice, clean, spacious rooms. Modern, beautiful views from our window. Comfy and large beds. Staff is helpful and friendly. Gym looked beautiful even though I didn't get a chance to go. There's plenty of stores around for whatever you need. Reasonably priced.

Poor breakfast service experience

I am a returning Diamond Member and stayed after business dinner downtown ! I was looking forward to good breakfast.
I take a medication then need to eat soon after
I sat down at 7:20 and by 7:40 has not seen a waiter (the line waiter) nor did I get a glass of water.
Then new guests arrived and waiter went to greet them as soon as they sat down while il still waiting 2 x tables over
