Good couple of nights stay

Good two night stay.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
The shower was ok, a bit awkward to use but ok.
Breakfast was great with a good selection of food.
The balcony was a waste of time as it was filthy and overlooked a busy highway. Good soundproofing when the door was closed.
Easy check in and out, good location with good access to the Metro....

While the entryway, reception area, and hallways were old, worn, and at times stinky, the actual room we stayed in was clean and we received daily maid service.
While the area around the hotel was sketchy, it actually was a convenient location to get to some of the sites....

We stayed at this hotel for a visit to Montréal, and were pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The location was great, and within walking distance to the places that we wanted to visit such as Old Montréal, the Basilica, Old Port, the Underground city (metro) and Chinatown. I called weeks in advance to book this hotel for my daughters 19th bday. I asked about the pool and restaurant accommodations to ensure she will have things to do with her friends. They assured me she would have access to everything. Booked her a massage next door. Perfect. Except she gets there and the pool is closed and she has the hardest time with check-in and nobody ever send any emails or updates to inform us a...

What a lovely visit

We arrived late at night after travelling 20 hours. The hotel security guard was most helpful and directed us to the reception, which is on the 2nd floor.
The reception staff are the best, nothing is too much trouble, and they go out of their way to help guests get the most out of their visit to Montreal.
Thanks to them we saw the sights, had the best poutine and bagels and really enjoyed our visit
