This is a delayed review of our stay at Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown. We visited during an ice storm in April 2023 and while the vacation played out nothing like we had planned, the team at the hotel were very proactive and reactive to the guests staying with no electricity for 4 days! Good place to stay in a convenient location

The place was nice and clean. It was also pretty convenient to various attractions. They have parking (which you'll need to pay extra for) which I would recommend if you are driving. The parking space is also large which is nice since most people going with a family like me will likely be driving a larger SUV or mini-van. Clean but noise from the ballroom is unbearable!!!

Pros: the lobby was nice, the room was very clean, but a few hairs in the shampoo bottles but I dont use those)
Cons: if they have a wedding event going on- DO NOT PLAN ON SLEEPING. 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there our 4 year old was up until 11:30pm and my husband and I only got to go to sleep when the weddings were over at 2am. I recently stayed three nights at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Montreal Midtown with a family member. Weve had fairly consistent and comfortable stays at HHWS properties in the U.S. The rooms are generally more spacious than basic hotel suites; at the very least, they have a full kitchen, dining space, king bed, and pull-out bed. Dont stay here on weekends always wedding receptions! Ive experienced two weekends here. Same story both times.
Well its 215am, Im awake so might as well write a review. Why am I awake? Wedding party DJ blasting tunes thats why. Wanna get sleep on the weekends? Dont stay here. The loud noise of Décarie Blvd is no match to the unrelenting DJ music. The hotel needs to limit this to no later than midnight....
