Eddie is the first person to serve me in any restaurant who made me laugh - engaging, funny, got my family involved this happened at an incredibly difficult time in my life instead of driving to NYC for treatment consult, I drove here to find some Eddie in my life - thank you my new friend...

Your website still says that robes and turn down service are still amenities and they were not. It was disappointing because I had told my friend, in advance, to expect these services. Remove them from your website if you arent going to offer them. Also, housekeeping service came so late in the day , we just denied it....

Have stayed in NY many times and these were the nicest rooms with some of the most polite and accommodating staff that Ive had the benefit of experiencing.
The view was pleasant on the 12th floor. We were even able to see the Hudson River.
The breakfast buffet was excellent along with good service there as well.
