The room is very nosy even we were in 18th floor.
The water is not hot enough, after shower it is freeze....

Excellent hotel stay. Very clean and updated. Large room with great staff that was very accommodating. Close to everything. Looking forward to staying here again....

Great central location near Times Square in New York City - very convenient for the theatre district. Breakfast over-priced for a simple buffet. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Missed having a mirror in the bedroom - only mirrors were in the bathroom....
