We arrived early and the clerk Melissa, was wonderful. She directed us to the restaurant which was still serving breakfast. Our room was soon ready. Rooms are small, but very clean and spacious shower. Rooms have everything you need.

We checked in on a Thursday with Eduardo and he was fantastic. He really helped us get settled and explained all of the benefits on where everything is located and the housekeeping team was really great and everyone was super nice thank you so much....

Located on 57th street, this hotel is in a great location to see UES museums and midtown theater. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable but very small and lacked a bureau and a safe. Breakfast at the attached Cafe Parisienne was very good....

Great customer service from Carlos at the front to the reception area. Conference needs upgraded video conferencing equipment. Coffee service for conference room was great. Rooms are NYC typical for size, but nicely appointed with metro theme. Paris restaurant and bar has great cocktails....

We stayed in New York City during Easter weekend. We used to live there and wanted a hotel near the Park and our old neighborhood so that our dog could revisit her favorite spots.
