The staff was very polite, happy and helpful. I'm pleased with my experience, I felt home, I felt safe and everytime I was walking in a different nice conversation was waiting for me. The cleanliness was exceptional....

My stay at Pestana Park Avenue was excellent from start to finish. The staff was genuinely welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made resting after long days in the city a pleasure. The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan....

This stay was amazing. The rooms were impeccable, the common areas too. The location is blessed, I could walked everywhere. Id recommend it thousand times to anyone....

It was wonderful.
A lot of reviews mentioned that the rooms are small but theyre perfectly sized for people who are more interested in exploring the city than sitting in their hotel.
The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel welcome.
The building was exceedingly clean and easy to navigate.

This is a boutique hotel with zero frills . . .which is fine except they charge a $25 'resort fee' - that was clear in the reservation but quite laughable considering this is not a resort and the fee is unwarranted. All I got was a "free" bottle of water. You can have access to a gym but it is not on site and i didn't have time for that . . . . just up your price by $25 instead of adding this fee.
