Pestana Park Avenue is a fantastic choice in NYC. The location near Grand Central is unbeatable, and the rooms are modern, clean, and super comfortable.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York Ill definitely stay here again!...

My business partner and I always stay here because of its perfect locationgreat for work, dining, drinks, and exploring NYC. The rooms are small, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, which is all we need. The front desk team is fantastic, especially Daniela, whos super friendly and always provides helpful tips for dining and drinks. Well definitely keep coming back!...

This hotel was fine, but nothing as great as the reviews led me to expect. Pros: we were upgraded to a view room since the hotel was not full. The in-room coffee was better than usual for a hotel room. Cons: the room was tiny, barely room to turn around, no closet, only a couple of hangers on a hook. Also not close to any good Metro lines without walking all the way to the Port Authority bus terminal. Almost 20 minut...

Excellent stay in mid town with a great view

The hotel is located in mid town on 39th street between park and madison avenue. Perfect location for a city trip. We stayed for 5 nights.
Grand central station is around the corner and lots of places like times square are in walking distance.
We chose the balcony room which had a brilliant view downtown.
The room is typical "new york size" (small) but very convenient and very clean.

This hotel checked all my boxes. Best location, very modern, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and a 5 star staff, dedicated to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.
