Our stay at The Prince Kitano New York was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. They were accommodating, friendly, and attentive to all our needs.

Just stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be clean and tidy and well located for all the sights. It is a short walk from Grand Central Station. Our room was a bit small but had a great view of the Empire State Building.
Would stay again and recommend....

I loved my 3 night stay here! This hotel is centrally located to everything I was interested in walking to but also Grand Central for unwalkabe destinations. Front desk staff was super welcoming and nice. My room was very comfortable, clean and sleep quality was on point for me. I had a lovely view from my window which was bonus. The rates here were very reasonable for the area and quality, my rate included a food...

Prince Kitano was a wonderful, surprising discovery, in Park Avenue in midtown. It is our most memorable hotel in the city-- we will long remember the beautiful suite and view. But most importantly, we will remember the staff, who did so much to make our holiday stay so magical, especially Ms Etsuko, who handled a reservation problem we had with such a lovely solution we will treasure it for the rest of our lives. This hotel was perfect in every way, spotlessly clean, good sized room, quality fixtures, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, centrally located for the major attractions.
