We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, Johan at reception made us feel genuinely welcomed, and throughout our entire stay went above and beyond.
David, Elena, Jay, Javier, Mauricio and Tatiana from the breakfast service were always kind, attentive, and cheerful, making every morning a pleasure.

Good location, bad service

The hotel has an excellent location and general amenities are very good. Main problem is that the hotel is under dimensioned for the number of guests: you can wait 10min to take the elevator to go up or down and you take around 2 hours (yes, 2 hours) to order and have breakfast.
So if you want to stay here ask for a room in the lower levels and SKIP BREAKFAST....

Excelent location, close but no too close. Atmosphere, service and food can't be better. Elena, Tatiana, Javier and Marina made our stay meaningfull, thank you for your kindness....
