My husband and I strolled past and saw a sign outside for the rooftop bar so decided to have a look - it was lovely. The bar has an open terrace area - we were warmly greeted - staff really friendly - prices very reasonable and views amazing - much enjoyed! ...

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff. Nice room The bathrooms could use an extra shelf for toiletries. Abundant buffet breakfast overlooking the port. The neighbourhood is a bit seedy (several homeless people) but is close to pedestrian streets, plazas and good restaurants. Local bus stops and an Avis/Budget branch near by. Ibis Style is similar to Moxy (Marriott chain): fun but not pretentious. We would stay here a...

Dont book this hotel if youre not keen sleeping in a run down students dormitory like room.

I have no idea where this hotels got this high rating from!
The room I had was old, the furniture was damaged there were no lamps on the night stand just bright blue-white lamp at the ceiling. The only nice looking part of this hotel room was the toilet.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. If anything a 2 star hotel. However 145 is by far to much. The neighborhood is full of homeless people sleeping on the street...

We appreciated many things about this hotel. The location is excellent - no trouble walking outside at night and finding great places to eat and relax; the parking lot is convenient; the breakfast is very good and the terrace view is lovely. The rooms were large enough, quiet and clean - if a bit minimalist. We took a cab up to the Royal Palace 1.75 miles away, and meandered back through the neighborhoods on foot. We...

Booked a superior room, was given a standard. Horrified when I walked in, never mind looking out to the ghetto behind the hotel, the room was old, musty and plain awful. Went back and was moved to a superior room. Room was ok, renovated but fridge didn't work, towel rack broken, water saver flush broken, towel hook broken, room shelf broken (but was repaired), cannot shower without holding "hand held" nozzle.
