Absolutely delightful hotel!

I've stayed in many hotels around the world and this is a really nice, comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff were, without exception, very helpful and friendly and we had a very enjoyable week's stay here. Frequent buses into Palma, Cala Major etc are available from a stop just outside the hotel where this is also a taxi rank. Plenty of bars and restaurants are a ten to fifteen minute walk away....

A complete charade from start to finish, from arrival we noticed how much wed been lied to - for example the photos taken by the hotel show lovely drinks but there is literally no bar or anything of the sort. We had to go to the hotel across the road for every single thing we needed, even ice for drinks we had to get from a nearby store. The hotel itself was not bad, had everything you needed. The pool area was nice, friendly staff and a nice quiet area. The cleaners are kind and helpful. It is near a shopping centre which has everything inside, it is abit of a journey! However we did get charged 40 euros for tourist fees paid directly to the hotel which is ridiculous!...

super disappointing experience. Upon on arrival our first room smelled strongly of smoke and domestos, forcing us to change rooms immediately. The second room was still smelly, but we managed to sleep there.

Not a four star hotel - hidden extras - rude Manager

Booked two rooms for four people - they said breakfast was included but apparently this is only for one person per room so extra 18 per room per day chargeable - who sells a twin room with only one breakfast included ! Hidden costs - very cynical and makes the cost look more competitive than in reality - unhelpful Manager refused to agree the business created the error in their description - unhelpful Booking.com.
