My company organised a business trip to Palma and I'm really pleased with the hotel and the destination.
The hotel is perfect for work - the meeting room is huge with a massive screen and excellent coffee/snack service. My room had a great desk and super fast wifi, perfect for getting stuff done.

Wonderful hotel - we had a fabulous stay here for my husband's birthday. The hotel is in a great location and it's easy to walk everywhere. Our room was beautifully designed, staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. The only slight negative was that it was a bit noisy in the room at night because of the nearby bar, but this wasn't a huge problem (and they do provide ea...

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The room was perfect, beds & pillows amazing. The hotel is central to everything, great shops & lovely restaurants. I had booked two places for the exact same time and Im so glad that I chose Puro and canceled the other one. Just walking down the cobblestone Street and into the hotel, you feel like you can just breathe and relax. We had a great stay at the hotel! We had the Joy Suite for 3 nights and then moved into the Oasis Suite for 4 nights (we couldnt get the latter for the whole trip) Both suites are lovely but the oasis was our favourite!
