Hair dryer that works for 20 seconds and then does not work for 2 minutes. reported to the reception, one told me it is normal then another told me that the next day they would fix it, but they did not. Last night we woke up to take the airport transfer, we found the unpleasant surprise. bed with several bed bugs and my daughter with numerous bites. there was no one at the reception, I took the transfer and go away. ...

This hotel was better than expected after all of the bad reviews I had read. If you just want somewhere to sleep between long days at Disney its absolutely fine. Slept really comfortably every night. Staff all seemed friendly and room was very clean on arrival!
The only thing was the breakfast was average however I enjoyed the croissants everyday! And the shuttle bus was a nightmare but thats a given when staying...

Very poor stay, air conditioning didn't work even after mentioning to reception about it and being promised it would be sorted, food was bang average for the amount of people who appeared to be staying in that period. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you can....

Here for a week, asked about a safety deposit box on arrival to be told they dont do anything like that, we were asked if wed accept a 5 voucher for a two day no clean, as we arrived late afternoon we accepted. Our first day in Disney, came back to our room yesterday to freshen up to find 320 had been stolen from my wallet. The manager was no help at all, wouldnt get the police and was told they wouldnt attend ...

Just back from 3 night stay with family.First impression was much better than I d expected. We were early for check in so left luggage in storage and went off to find a supermarket for essentials. First time I ve ever had to pay for hotel luggage storage.
