Went to this hotel for a whole week when we got into the rooms the beds with comfortable and was nice and clean however the room doesnt have a iron, ironing board or a safe so we just left all our valuables out in the open as no where to put them, the shower was bipolar one minute it was nice and warm and then it would go freezing cold to then scorching hot to the point where myself and a few other people in my group...

Great location, only 8 minutes to parks by shuttle bus. Comfortable, clean rooms. Welcoming reception staff. Lovely grounds. Shuttle bus gets really crowded with lots of pushing. Restaurant offers very basic food and not great quality . No fridges or safe in rooms....

Decent for the price we were there for 3 nights . . Rooms are basics but were only sleeping in them
Breakfast was actually pretty decent . What you would expect in French croissants, lovely bread , yogurt, lovely jam and spread . Heard someone moanin wantin a full English . Go to Blackpool for that .

Did not enjoy our stay, Definitely a 2 star hotel!!
Beds were not comfortable, no coffee or tea making facilities in the room ( you have to pay 30 for that privilege, shower so low i couldn't fit under it!
No air con at all!...
