Worst hotel and customer service in Europe

The location of the hotel is excellent , very central with supermarket next door and metro /train across the street.Great restaurants and cafe in the area.
I booked 2 studios for 3 nights costing 1400 and 80 on city tax. On arrival our luggage was stored and we were toldto come back at 3pm to check in. However 1of the rooms was not ready. I find this super frustrating bearing in mind the cost and wasted time. I ask...

We went to Paris for the weekend to celebrate my other half's birthday, and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We had a room at the front on the first floor which was spotless and clean. There is a little kitchen which you can cook your own food, and there is a supermarket near by if you wish to grab anything. The staff were really attentive and nothing seemed to be too much issue. You do get noise from the train / me...

Location very good near metro station less than 100 meters and near to your Effiel
The room is clean and big

Pros: Great location, great apartment for four people, comfortable beds, full kitchen, table chairs. Loved this part etc
Cons: The customer service is not so great( rude personal) , not all - one guy was really accommodating , the girls shouldnt work with people al all! They dont clean , dont give you clean towels . Not enough hooks in the bathroom for multiple people , TV is useless - no stream , the safe have...

The rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel staff were very kind. The only thing was that the elevator was broken for about a week (maybe even longer, since it was still broken when I left), which made it difficult to go up to and leave my room. The location was great, right next to a metro station, and there was great food within walking distance. Highly recommend!...
