Does not live up to 4 stars at all. We stayed from Friday - Sunday and had a room on the 1st floor. Be VERY aware that the hotel is right next to the train station and EXTREMELY noisy. We had to buy ear plugs to fall asleep as the trains go by every few minutes at all hours and are VERY loud and makes the room shaky.

I loved this hotel! The apartment style room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for my 2 night stay. I booked the Eiffel Tower balcony room and it was amazing. You can even see it from the bed! Metro next door was convenient. You can hear the trains at times but it didnt bother me. All cities make noise in my opinion.
My only regret is getting the 18 daily breakfast. I missed it the first day because...

Luckily, we had only booked for one night and promptly canceled our remaining Citadines reservations for the rest of our trip.
This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. The service is appalling, the cleanliness is disgraceful, and the overall experience was deeply disappointing.

The room rate for a studio Eiffel Tower view was 350 euro per night.
The level of service at the front desk was generally ok, although a little unfriendly when stressed.
