Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The food was a massive letdown. We ate at the buffet the night we arrived as it was late and we did not want to go out. It was rather expensive, 20 for children and 38 for adults and the food was cold and bland. Breakfast was absolute chaos, children running everywhere and again the food was cold. The wifi in the hotel was very poor and not even mobile...

Hotel is really nice, clean and in a great location. Only thing letting it down is the park shuttle, its great they offer one and its free but it picks up and drops off at 4 other hotels so its impossible to get on at the hotel and the park. You have to pay city tax on arrival and also a 150 deposit. Breakfast was ok, same every morning though with not a lot of choice and its chaos so get there first thing, peop...

We stayed from 59 May and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning outdoor views overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you are welcomed by a lovely fragrance that creates a relaxing atmosphere.

I had booked via the website, but was feeling a bit concerned as a lot of the reviews were so terrible. When we first arrived the staff were really pleasant and the reception area is really magical, great start to the trip. I honestly dont understand how this hotel has the 4* rating it does. The reception area gives a great first impression and it feels like youre about to have a lovely stay but unfortunately thats where the positives end.
