The cleanliness of the hotel and room was unacceptable, with dirty bathrooms, hair in the bath and on the tiles, and an overall dusty, unclean feel.
The outdoor pool was the only highlight of our stay and was clean and well maintained....

We arrived for a bank holiday weekend with no preconceptions, having skipped the reviews. Day one was genuinely excellent: warm, attentive staff, a beautiful room, a brilliant pool. We were impressed.

Dream Castle looks lovely from the outside, but inside its a disaster. Rude reception staff (especially Livie) shouting, armwaving, and zero professionalism. They completely botched our booking, separating a twoyearold from her family and forcing a sevenyearold to share a bed with a seventyyearold. Their only response: Youre already booked.

This wonderful hotel is conveniently located approximately 20-30 minutes walk from Disneyland Paris. It benefits from a free, regular shuttle bus to the Disney parks that also services four other hotels on route. We stayed three nights in a family room which met all our basic needs and was very clean.

Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The food was a massive letdown. We ate at the buffet the night we arrived as it was late and we did not want to go out. It was rather expensive, 20 for children and 38 for adults and the food was cold and bland. Breakfast was absolute chaos, children running everywhere and again the food was cold. The wifi in the hotel was very poor and not even mobile...
