Very disappointing experience.
The hotel photos online are misleading. We booked a 5,400 suite, but the room was dirty, had hair, insects on the bed, a bad smell, and very poor hygiene. The suite had very long and steep internal staircases, which felt unsafe, and upon reaching the room there was another long staircase leading to the living area. None of this was mentioned online.

Quaint hotel, in a great location. Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple. The rooms appear small, however we had a suite which suited 3 people....

This hotel offers the visitor good city location, friendly helpful staff and clean modern surroundings within the common areas.
For the fitness visitor there is a basement gym with a choice of equipment.
We booked a superior double and here I would suggest if you are a couple you check with the hotel regarding the room size and layout. We were in room 34 and in my opinion this would be more suited to single occupa...

I have been going to this hotel for almost a decade every year in October. It deserved a five star review as its very consistent throughout the years - service oriented (Alexis is fantastic and has been there many years), good rooms and beds, basic & charming breakfast, surprisingly nice gym....

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean, well-appointed, and incredibly quiet. The gym is well-equipped, and there's a good selection of free coffee and water (still and sparkling) in the lobby. Everyone is very friendly. This will be my go-to stay in Paris....
