Great for young kids with a swimming pool , outside area, sailors shop, kids club and more but also good for older kids and adults with the games room , pool tables and food . Staff are lovely and Maxwell was especially helpful at reception. There are busses that come frequently and take around 10 minutes to get you right outside the Disney parks. Let's start by saying a lot of negative reviews here are unwarranted!
The hotel is very clean (a little warn in places) - But for what the hotel offers and is aimed towards young children then it doesn't warrant complaining about - the rooms/decor remind me of the hotels at Butlins.
If your coming here I guess your going to Disneyland so not going to spend a whole lot of time here anyway! We had a day in the hotel...

If i could give 0 I would.
Family of 12 travelled for 3 nights to this hotel, with 2 days spent in Disneyland parks, flew with easyJet and booked through Tour Help.

Great location but would not use hotel again.

Location itself is perfect for access to parks and shuttle bus service is very handy.
The hotel itself is basic and not very clean, vomit observed for some time in general dining area and when staff notified by many parents it still took some time to get cleaned up and done very basically also.
On the morning we were leaving we got a knock on the door at 10:30 telling us we had 5 mins despite check being at 11.
