Good facilities ,fantastic staff

First time visiting this hotel ,and its great for families with kids. But I must call out the exceptional service from staff ,particularly those in reception. My sons bag went missing on the magic shuttle ,and Laura behind the desk was relentless in her pursuit to find it ,ringing around all hotels and eventually locating it and delivering it to me. Its not usual for staff to go to such lengths ....

We stayed here at the start of the year whilst visiting DLP. The Christmas decorations were still up and were fantastic!
I cant fault anything with the hotel - the room was immaculate, there was lots of facilities for guests to use and plenty choices for food and drink.
We never spend much time in the hotels when we visit DLP but my kids actually wanted to go back to the hotel for the pool, softplay, etc....

AVOID THIS HOTEL BLACK MOLD

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Our room was full of black mold, and when we brought this to the staffs attention, the manager actually laughed and seemed amused that we said wed share our experience on social media.

Arrived to hotel round 11am & knew we couldnt check before 3pm. Luggage is stored outside the hotel at an extra cost, chose your timeframe 1/3/5hr and pay with card (we chose 5hrs & it was 8) The option to use the pool is available at that time and theres a small kiosk open selling toasted sandwiches and sweet treats, for younger children 8/9? and under theres an indoor soft climbing area with slides and outdoors...
