Lovely hotel right in the centre of Paris

This is a lovely hotel, right in the heart of Paris - perfect for a weekend sightseeing trip.
The rooms are not huge and the bathrooms are a little 'cosy' but overall, the accomodation was spotless and it had all the facilities you need for a short stay.
If I had some suggestions for the hotel, I would say please put a couple of coat hooks on the wall near the door (Room 306) and better towel hooks in the bathroom ...

I returned to Hotel Helios Opera because of its excellent location, just steps away from my office. Its a small, charming hotel that is very clean and well-maintained.
This time, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. I had booked a classic room but was offered a superior one. They even asked if I wanted to stay on the top floor, which isnt accessible by elevatoryou have to take stairs from the fifth to the ...

Boutique hotel with convenient location

Boutique hotel is on a quiet street, 5 minutes walking to the Galleries of Lafayette department store. The front desk girl who can speak French, German, English fluently is very pleasant and helpful, her laughters even made the small lobby much bigger. Our room is small which is expected in Paris, but clean, comfortable. I have to say that the room key was our favorite detail of this hotel. (Please see the picture)....

There are better options

The hotel is in a convenient location but thats all it has going for it. The rooms were small- even by Paris standards. We had rooms 106 and 108. They were shabby, dark, and lacked proper charging stations etc. the bathroom was so tiny- one person barely fit in it.
Stay somewhere else....

3 star hotel at 4 star prices - tiny rooms with thin walls

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in mid-August. It says its a 4 star hotel, but its really closer to a 3, charging a 4 star price. We checked in at around 9 pm because our train got in late and the lady at the front desk didnt seem too pleased about that. Here are some of the pros/cons:
