We had an amazing stay in this wonderful hotel for 3 nights . We reached the hotel on 4th Dec and warmly welcomed by Mr Julien , the Room Division manager . His attentiveness gave us assurance of a comfortable stay even we have not go in to the rooms . The Chinese guy named Wang was extremely helpful and patient during our check in process . Stayed here 3 nights in the Alcove room, which was spacious. The hotel is stylish and the room was great as well with a modern touch. Overall I would have rate it 4 out 5, if it weren't for the blood stain on bed and towels. I didn't expect this from a 4 star hotel. Also I asked for an iron and ironing board but they couldn't provided it as their housekeeping was done at 6 pm and not back until 9 am. I need to iron m...

-Room good, spacious enough, well furnished, adequate storage, big comfortable bed
-Breakfast good, good selection, tables available
-Lifts are a novelty with a bit of history
-Foyer very nice
-General condition of the hotel was good
-Room was quiet internally, didn't hear doors slam, the lifts or other guests in the hotel

I would recommend this hotel but I wouldn't stay here again.
Initially some confusion over rooms and we ended up going to 3 rooms before finally being told we could occupy the 4th room 505 (50 minutes later after arriving at the hotel). They upgraded us as a gesture of good will which was nice. We ended up with a room with a balcony. The extra space was nice but the balcony isn't worth it. I wouldnt say t...

When staying at a hotel of the advertised level of the M Social Paris Opera, the bare minimum one expects is humanized and empathetic service. I traveled 12 hours to get to Paris. They made me wait three and a half hours in the lobby because the room wasn't ready and the hotel was fully booked.
