Major Hygiene Failure & Unprofessional Staff: Not Hyatt Standard

I booked the Mob House through Hyatt expecting brand standards, but the experience was unacceptable.
Hygiene Issues: Upon arrival, the bed was covered in black lint and multiple strands of hair (not ours) were found inside the sheets and in the corners of the bed. It was clear the bed had not been properly cleaned or changed.

MOB House has Bed Bugs!

Do NOT stay here. It is beautiful aesthetically but it's all a facade. I was severely bitten by bed bugs. Do not even think twice about this place. DO NOT sleep here....

Quite limited feeling. The hotel experience as whole was kind of great , but the service at our departure was quite frustrating. The host never informed us that we could not access the swimming pool once we check-out, while waiting for our taxi that is mid-afternoon, which is something I never saw anywhere else , as most Hotels of this standing give you the opportunity to enjoy the accommodations while waiting for yo...

Restaurants food absolute crap as was service over an hour with 4 guests to serve to make club sandwiches
