MOB House has Bed Bugs!

Do NOT stay here. It is beautiful aesthetically but it's all a facade. I was severely bitten by bed bugs. Do not even think twice about this place. DO NOT sleep here....

Coming back to review this place because its STILL part of my best memories of our trip. This place was an absolutely delightful surprise we happened upon when booking last-minute. From the unexpectedly cozy urban decor to the trendy music and moody lighting, everything was just plain COOL. Quite limited feeling. The hotel experience as whole was kind of great , but the service at our departure was quite frustrating. The host never informed us that we could not access the swimming pool once we check-out, while waiting for our taxi that is mid-afternoon, which is something I never saw anywhere else , as most Hotels of this standing give you the opportunity to enjoy the accommodations while waiting for yo...

Restaurants food absolute crap as was service over an hour with 4 guests to serve to make club sandwiches

Avoid this hotel does not meet basic expectations of a hotel

Avoid this hotel. We booked a suite room and the room felt like a stuffy sauna at 28.0 C with mosquitoes flying in the room.
We addressed the problem with reception soon after check-in but even after two hours no one had even made an effort to check out the problem.
The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and had a "so what" attitude.
After a long day in the sun no one expects to sleep in a moldy/stuffy room...
