Worse hotel stay and appalling service

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights in December, and the experience was honestly embarrassing and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The bathroom door in our room didnt close or lock at all. Imagine being on a romantic trip as a couple and having zero privacy because the bathroom door wont even stay shut. It completely ruined the comfort of our stay.

Hotel was nice. Depending on which room you take. Some rooms have very small lifts to access the rooms. Can only fit one person with one to two luggages. The shower in some rooms also have very low pressure due to water saving mechanism. I stayed in 2 different rooms. Location is pretty good....

Had a great time dinning in the restaurant, everything we ordered to eat was great, and martan was very nice and helpfull with me and my family....
