Hi, we actually have a nice time at this hotel. However after them bombarding me with check in emails, I checked in and paid the required taxes and an early check in add on cost, their system crashed and told me to try again. So I did - they then took the money from my account and are being so difficult in returning the additional £190 paid to them! They are now saying they can only see one payment. It has made me t...

Great value and solid stay

Overall fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Coming from America, I was stressed and hesitant about which Disneyland hotel to get. This was great for the following reasons:
1. Easy private shuttle we never felt crowded on.
2. Great breakfast with lots of options, especially for kids.
3. Truly, the kindest staff, no matter who was at the desk.
4. Kids getting to write letters to Santa.

We arrived late evening on Saturday 29th November and were greeted by a really warm and friendly reception. Both members of staff on the desk were helpful and explained everything when we checked in. It was a simple process and very easy. Our room was on the first floor. Stayed from Friday to Monday - the place was super clean / big bed/ plus room had two sofa beds.
Kitchen area had kettle/ coffee maker/ iron and iron board.
No room service but that was made clear when we booked in.
Staff friendly and always available to answer questions
Buses to and from park were ok first bus was about 08:20 in the morning so arriving at park in plenty of time for opening,however buses do not run...

Well stocked apartment, including a microwave, toaster, mini dishwasher, fridge and electric hob. Plenty of pillows and would recommend the duplex for a proper apartment feel. It did take significant heat to warm up the room but it didnt impact the experience too much. Shop onsite helpful but pricey, would ask that they consider some staples like bread etc in the shop.
