Brilliant hotel a short shuttle ride from Disneyland!
1. Free shuttle service to Disney throughout the day (with breaks) made the transport to & from Disney so easy. We were able to split the day up and come back for a little swim and going back to Disney in the evening.

Shuttle to Disney is prompt and easy to get to Disney and the train station. Room was not close to the size in photos. Had to push twice to clean the room after 4 days of a 7 night stay after being told it had been done but yet the bins overflowed and towels were dirty etc. also only one drier working and had a really rude lady use it most of the day. I was happy to wait but she was rude when I kindly asked how long ...

The hotel is well located for visiting Disney its close to the parks, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
First, the rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The staff did not seem friendly or helpful; they often looked exhausted.

I booked these apartments for myself, husband and 3 older kids for our trip to Disneyland Paris. I had never been to Paris or Disneyland before so was unsure what to expect.

We stayed here for 3 nights while doing the parks for a couple of days and i can say it ticked all the boxes as far as we were concerned . The hotel was kept clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic and always available to answer any questions . The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids but the master bedroom is a bit of a squeeze getting round the bed and under the tv to the other side of the room . ...
