"I have severe vision loss. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates on Agoda. We called this hotel exactly 1 minute later to explain the medical error and ask to correct it. Wanted to book June 19-June 22,2025 but accidentally booked July 19- July 22,2025.
The management refused. They chose to keep our $817 rather than help a disabled guest fix a clerical error reported immediately.
Beware: This hotel has zero compass...

I work with a lot of people in the music industry who would go crazy over this place! I love the homage to music!

Stayed for a combined birthday and wedding anniversary.
We arrived to very, very warm welcome.
The decor is fun and quirky. We really liked it.
Rooms were clean and room turned the beds etc every day. Lovely to return to an immaculate room after a long day sight seeing.

All the positives previous to this review are spot on and then some, especially all staff. We had had a fantastic four plus days running around everywhere and could have happily stayed on, that almost happened because on way to airport, realised had left passport at hotel. Our driver contacted hotel and a reception member literally jumped on a train and brought it to me at check in. You would never receive that level...

A lovely quirky hotel within easy reach of many famous landmarks. Staff were super helpful and a special shout out to the breakfast guy who was so kind and friendly. The focus on music was well done without being over the top. Good value for central Paris....
