Beautiful Hotel in a prime location

Excellent hotel, lovely friendly staff, situated in walking distance of all the attractions, markets, shopping and overlooking the river.
25 minute taxi ride from the airport, average fare of 140 Zloty ( approx £28.00)
Restaurants are in abundance and excellent choice of food....

The bathroom fan doesn't turn off!

Just returned from a 4 night stay.
Deluxe room was very spacious with lovely views, quirky enclosed balcony too!
Very few items on the tea tray and had to go and ask to be replaced the next day, as 2 milks and one tea bag wasn't enough for two people!
The massive downside for us, was fact the bathroom fan doesn't turn off at all!
So its humming alll night and alll day was super annoying.
There's not a switch
anywhere...

Wonderful experience

We just landed from the airport and received such a lovely welcome from the Staff. Dropped bags in the room and made in time to the restaurant before the chef hung up his apron.
We enjoyed beautiful polish cuisine served by extremely helpful staff to start our city break in Gdansk.
We also enjoyed the reasonable prices after coming from expensive Ireland....

Great location.
Hotel spotless.
Breakfast nice.
Rooms clean.
Mattress quite firm.
Just a 10 minute walk to Xmas markets
5 minute walk to WW2 museum
Complimentary coffee good quality.
Staff all pleasant and spoke good English....

The hotel is in perfect location to visit the old town and visit the Christmas markets.

First impressions on arrival was good, check in was very easy and handled well by the staff. The room was as expected well laid out and comfortable as one would expect of a high end hotel.
The bar staff on the first night were friendly but slow and not very attentive with us having to chase them to refresh drinks. As it was quite late we made allowances for this and hoped it was a one off, Unfortunately that was not...
