Amazing hotel just couple minutes from the old town center

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing breakfast offer including local and home-made products. Really good restaurant with a bar. It's possible to sit outside during warm months. Hotel tries to be eco-friendly so there are water dispensers on all floors and the rooms get cleaned upon request. Reception offers all good information and also a short boat ride on the river through the city center.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very central and close to all amenities. Staff were pleasant and attentive overall and a very good selection at the breakfast buffet to suit all tastes. Breakfast was somewhat what chaotic at times especially after 9am. Would definitely return here if in Gdansk again. Really enjoy the boat ride also....

Generally very good but a few downsides - 5 day family stay in April

Stayed at Qbus as a family of 4 with 2 rooms.
Both rooms were very modern, huge TV with YouTube accessible on it. Bathroom is lovely and spacious, bed is very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in room. Air con was not working/able to be switched on in April so the rooms got extremely hot. Hotel is right next to a very busy road and tram that starts at 4 am. We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is really clean and very close to the town and all the sights and attractions. The breakfast is great - a really large selection of food served buffet style. They have their own small boat and you can take a short trip for a small fee. Our only issue was that after reading about spacious rooms in reviews our twin room was tiny...

Arrived at the hotel reception and we were swiftly notified the booking info was wrong, even though I had it in on a confirmed email wed booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Their side only had 2 rooms for 2 people?! She wouldnt take my confirmation email and indicated wed nee to pay an extra cost, £80pp per night extra.
