Spent 5 nights here and wnjoyed everyone of them. The staff are really accomodating and friendly and always happy to help. Rooms were spotless well maintained and peaceful. All common areas well maintaned and the old palace portion is a lovely seeting. Breakfast is really good also. Used as a base as parking is free to travel for day trips outside of Porto. Do not drive in Porto unless you really have to...

The facilities are wonderful, the breakfast service is excellent... the inn is beautiful, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The rooms are comfortable, I didn't hear any noise, and the cleanliness is impeccable....
