Hotel very warm & welcoming. Staff on reception were friendly, The room was nice & comfortable, breakfast was nice (not your standard full english) very good location, away from the hustle & bustle, just a short 10-15 min walk to where you can catch a Tram. My only complaint would be that only one day we had a hot/warm shower, so this definitely needs sorting to cope with the amount of guests staying there. A couple ...

What a lovely friendly hotel in a quiet location. The staff were all pleasant and the team on reception were great all very helpful. The room 511 was spacious and comfortable with a bath to relax in. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of food served buffet style. We have just returned from our stay at the Ametyst and we loved it. Great location in that it is just far enough to be quiet but close enough so Old Town is a 25 / 30 minute walk. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We were able to have a late checkout for the small sum of 20.

Boutique hotel in residential Vinohrady area of Prague. Lots of restaurants in the area. Comfortable, but small rooms. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Affordable for a capital city. Trams and metro are a few blocks away....

Hotel and staff nice and friendly
Towels changed and bed made daily, cleaning not the best and tea coffee milk.etc not replenished after first day. Ran out of coffee daily at breakfast and took ages to replace if at all
