Wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the lobby. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Very chic and clean hotel. Room was excellent , large and very clean with huge windows. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very large and very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent in a classic looking cafe (Imperial Cafe). Location is amazing walking distance to EVERYWHERE.

Located conveniently to restaurants, convenience and souvenir shops and walking distance to Old Town. My only complaint is that we couldnt dine in the hotel because booked. The breakfast room is beautiful, reminiscent of some 5 star hotels we stayed in Spain.
We always get separate beds and the clerk said it was a king. We said that was not acceptable and certainly not what Uniworld had booked. They gave us a differ...

One of the great hotels. The design ( art deco everywhere), the ample size of the rooms, the fantastic beds, the great restaurant ( really the best we experienced in Prague), the warm, helpful staff that made you feel right at home. Highly recommended....
