More than we could have hoped for!

We arrived at this hotel having read the previous positive reviews but our experience went beyond what we could have imagined. All members of staff were friendly and welcoming, from front of house to housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and the beds extra comfortable. We travelled with our 18 month year old and they made our stay stress free. The breakfast is good and all what you would need. On our last day we were ...

A gem of a hotel thats walking distance to all the attractions.
Staff were so helpful and nothing was a problem to them.
The beds and room were very comfortable with a great hot shower. The hotel was spotless and towels were changed regularly.
Lots of choice for breakfast with an excellent coffee machine.

We had a great stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend to others. Stayed for 3 nights, the room was beautiful and the bed was SO comfortable. Room was very spacious and had a great shower. Its about 5 minute drive outside the city centre, use the bolt app it was average £3 for a taxi. The staff were lovely, we arrived before 11:00am and got early check in which was amazing. Not sure if this would qualify as a 4 star hotel as there are limited services. But we had a good time. Room is very spacious and allowed me to work a bit. There is an elevator however this can only be reached by stairs.... Breakfast is a bit basic and the coffee machine can be busy but it was ok. An unhappy return - and the last one

An unhappy return after 10 years. Everything was just as I had left it, like going back in time except with more damage and wear and tear, while the price has doubled.
Breakfast was pretty bad, I did not find anything that looked appealing and instead I went around the corner to a supermarket.
The furniture has seen better days, it's time for a change unless they want to turn it into a 1990 museum. Management seem...
