Great location,very helpful and accommodating staff. Unique building that offers four star service,room we had was clean and warm for four nights stay,everything was taken care of,lovely choice at breakfast which fuels you up for the adventure that is Prague.Hotel is well situated and in walking distance of ALL locations. My sister and I have just returned from 4 days in Prague. We stayed at the Hotel Elite, a delightful old hotel near the centre.
I cannot praise them too highly. They were welcoming from the start and nothing seemed too much to ask of them. They booked tours and restaurants for us, made excellent recommendations and, because my sisters and my Czech was more or less non-existent, did so in beautiful English.

Really great location. Right near the tram stop and the metro. Easy walking distance to main attractions in Prague (including city centre Christmas Markets). Staff were friendly, efficient and gave really helpful information. Had a great tip from a member of reception team for visiting a small, beautiful, Christmas market away from the main centre (short ride on the 22 tram). Hotel is in an old building so lift is...

This was a beautiful hotel in a fantastic position, down a side street in the centre of Prague. We walked to all the highlights. The Christmas atmosphere in all the squares and markets made for a wonderful experience in a fairytale setting. The only time we needed to use transport (tram) we were able to buy our tickets and get advice from the wonderful team in reception. That was a trip to the wonderful Strahov Monas...

Hotel is well placed to see the main tourist points. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Beds are huge and really comfy.
Only downside is that the rooms at the front can be noisy in the night, but then it is in the city.....
