We had a great stay at Center Plaza. Room had just what we needed for the 5 nights. Only issue which they cannot control is noise at night from the bars and clubs that goes on till 5 am, if we would have known would have asked for a quieter room. ...

The Center Hotel Plaza was right in the center of town, close to restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to many museums, sites, and the Old Harbor. No restaurant on site but it had a bar. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 8 th floor with a fantastic view! ( #815). ...

Clean, comfy, pleasant staff(mostly), great location, decent breakfast. BUTthe rooms numbers are like an orienteering course eg to reach some 3s, well, theyre on floor 2. The lift at one end of the building broke down and even the staff had trouble giving me directions to/from the other. No shampoo. The fire alarm went off one evening, apparently one guest had run his shower too hot with the bathroom door closed....

All a bit spartan and boxy. The room was a bit tight for space with terrible views of other buildings. There was a good shower, reasonable flow, good temperature control. The shampoo and conditioner are in bottle dispensers and are a bit hard to get out of bottles, the pump doesnt return up very well so you have to pump it up and down like crazy to get it out. There is no Air Conditioning in the room, it all f...
