Booked a 3 night stay with breakfast, in a Comfort Double Room and requested "Room with a view if possible". On check in got allocated a room on the 4th floor with 2 skylights so only a view of the sky really which was a bit disappointing! 4th floor only has stair access - the lift only goes to the 3rd floor so anyone with mobility issues may struggle but were told this on check-in. The higher-priced Superior room was located on the attic floor, which was inconvenient to access: you had to take the elevator to the third floor, walk along a corridor to a stair gallery, then continue up a metal staircase and through a narrow, low attic corridor.
