This hotel needs some updating. The hallways are beat up in spots, and the rooms are fine overall but show age in layout and furniture. The front desk folks were nice, but our room was ready at exactly check in time despite requesting early check and being told we are on the priority list to get it early. I will not repeat, but if its a good price its not a bad option....

Spent a week here whilst attending the Tennis Tournament at Foro Italica. Unusually I did not undertake any research beforehand as the Hotel was selected by our trusted Travel Agent with a view to proximity to the tournament. We were not disappointed and totally enjoyed the Hotel as our temporary home for our stay in Rome.

Our review of the hotel is excellent. From the moment you enter the hotel until the last day (and we stayed for 12 days!!!), everything is magnificent. The treatment of the hotel staff, from the doorman, to the waiters, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the housekeeping personnel, was exceptional. Meh! The hotel has a lot of potential, but in my opinion, needs to be spruced up. The service is ok, not great. Quite often, they couldnt give me change for 50 euros which is what comes out of ATMs. Quite often, this meant I had no tipping money for their staff. We got drinks in the lounge one day and the service was poor. I dont think the service or room was worth the price paid....

Beautiful hotel in great location for our 3 night stay in Rome. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good fresh selection each day. Plenty of sights and restaurants within walking distance. My sister had a wonderful massage experience at the spa also. Everyone agreed this was a fantastic choice....
