- nice good hotel but under renovation during our stay and likely will change management
- meals are good (dinner & breakfast)

Hotel location was very good, as few meters from Manzoni metro station, also close to major Rome's attractions, we actually walked for most museums and galleries, the area felt safe
Very pleasent, helpful, friendly, polite staff who are also able to communicate in English language.
The room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean and tidy.

Stayed at Best Western President Hotel in Rome and had such a great experience! The location is perfect close to all the major attractions and just steps away from the metro,which made getting around the city super easy. Hotel being refurbed should be shut whilst doing work like a building site everything half finished got woke up by builders do not stay refurb work not even great definitely not 4 star very dissapointed hotel staff are lovely only good thing...

Extremely happy with my choice. The staff is attentive, the rooms are very comfortable, with an amazing shower and bed. The room was ready for me at 11.00 am! Although the location is a bit off from the main attractions, the hotel is located right by a metro station, making things easy....
