GREAT VALUE BASIC HOTEL NEAR LOCAL TRANSPORT SITES

This great friendly Hotel is tucked neatly away in a quiet side street that is only 15min walk to the Colosseum, 10min walk to local Metro Station and 15min walk to stop for the On/Off Big Red Bus that goes round the outskirts of the City to all the main sites. Run by a Catholic Order it is basic but the room we had was clean, beds comfortable, nice shower/ toilet room and quiet. The food is not massive for this br...

A very well-run hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Excellent choices for breakfast. Close to the Metro and about 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. There are some good inexpensive places to eat locally, and I can thoroughly recommend it for an inexpensive, quiet place to stay....

Hotel fine but transfer booked not good!

We stayed two nights at the end of May and our time there was satisfactory. When we walked into our room, the smell of bleach was present but the room was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. Our morning breakfasts were good, plenty to eat which made us content. Our only complaint was that we booked a transfer from the airport to hotel (thru the hotel) and this transport was not there...

This accommodation (simiiar to the LSE in London that I stay at quite regularly) is a good choice for a budget stay in Rome. At around £100 per night with breakfast its still very expensive (blame Covid for the huge increase in worldwide accommodation) but for Rome prices its quite reasonable.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, it was ok but you can find many better places to stay in Rome.
The location is not ideal to explore the city by walking.
The atmosphere of the hotel is more like a dormitory than a hotel ,
The staff are very nice and polite
The breakfast was great
Honestly I would not choose the hotel for my next trip....
