Amazing hotel, beautiful staff at Vici restaurant as well. Eliana at Vici was so sweet. I love being apart of the IHG family, and this hotel was so clean and Modern and made our time in Rome!...

I booked "premiun room with terrace". As in the picturre, the terrace was facing the wall of next builing with some machine emitting buzzing sound all day. It drove me crazy.
Worse thing is they had asked 5% tip on top.of hotel bill. Even though the tip is discretionary, it is truly unconcious to ask tip after selling me such a horrible room....
