An excellent stay made even more special by the staff who made sure our experience would be top level. From Giuseppe at the reception to Pamela at breakfast, everyone took such good care of us. We even had a birthday cake in our room to celebrate my mothers birthday. Thank you all for these incredible stay. The rooms and all facilities are stunning and just what you need in the eternal city....

Oh my God, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by the best smile by the concierge in his cream tails. Best smile. Julia, spelled with a G, greeted us at reception with, again, the best smile. We were in awe as we walked through the door looking at the polished marble floor, the beautiful chandeliers, the amazing staircase. We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
The location is excellent perfectly situated to explore the city, with many major attractions within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms feel relatively new and modern. Everything was clean, comfortable, and stylishly designed.
