Extremely Disappointing Hotel

We stayed here as part of an Insight Tour. Extremely disappointing hotel. Hard to see how this could have been rated a 4 Star hotel. First impression walking in was disappointing with a small lobby sitting area with furniture that needs a cleaning. The front staff was not welcoming or friendly.
Our room was possibly the smallest room I have ever been in but bed was comfortable and room was clean.

This was THE worst hotel experience Ive ever had.
The room had leaks that soaked all my clothes, the facilities were dirty and full of dust, and the noise was so bad that we couldnt sleep at all.
When we went down in the middle of the night to ask for help, the only answer was: send an email to my supervisor who is on vacation. Unbelievable lack of responsibility.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a pipe leak in our room that lasted all night, preventing us from sleeping and soaking our belongings. We were not offered a room change or any assistance to resolve the situation.

Good location. We had two options on parking and the staff especially Eleonora was extremely helpful . Advised to use the on street parking and helped with method of payment as we were not familiar with the ticket machines.

The hotel left a lot to be desired.
Pros:
The breakfast was great. well tended to and the selection was great.
Location was good - walking distance to bus and businesses
Cons:
There were no security cameras in the halls.
No coffee maker or fridge in the rooms.
The safe had dead batteries so it didn't work.
I asked for a taxi, the porter said ok and went inside and I had assumed he called taxi, when I went...
