The hotel left a lot to be desired.
Pros:
The breakfast was great. well tended to and the selection was great.
Location was good - walking distance to bus and businesses
Cons:
There were no security cameras in the halls.
No coffee maker or fridge in the rooms.
The safe had dead batteries so it didn't work.
I asked for a taxi, the porter said ok and went inside and I had assumed he called taxi, when I went...

Worst experience ever the photos are not like the real rooms at all very small rooms unprofessional staff they dont want to help at all nothing is working In the room all information is wrong I dont recommend at all for anyone please avoid this hotel never go to this hotel...

i can image that many hotels in rome are considered sub-par compared to us due to the volume of tourist it sees everyday. it was disappointing to stay here. there was no AC due to the time of year, which meant you had to open the windows to cool off. street noise was a racket while trying to sleep. and the water for showers were hit and miss in terms of hotness. in some cases we had to run the water for 10 minutes be...

Fabulous location, felt safe, easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and Barberini. Nice restaurants in the area.
Staff were lovely. Even had a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood and close to the center ( walking distance )
The hotel is very clean, rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful
They forgot to replace the water bottle a few times but that wasn't a major issue
Would definitely book there again...
