The staff are ignorant, rude, and unwilling to help. They charged us twice and refused to assist us on site. They just kept saying they hadnt done it, even though I showed them the charge from my bank as well as the emails from them. I have never been treated so badly by any hotel in my entire life!

Location was good as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the room was not up to standard, we purchased a room with a mini bar/fridge and a bath - upon arrival our room had neither, when queried we were told none of their rooms were even equipped with baths anyway.
The heating did not work and was only fixed on the Thursday evening when we arrived and queried it on the Monday.

The hotel is well located and aesthetically pleasing, with stylish décor throughout the rooms and communal areas. WiFi and TV worked well, which was a plus.
Unfortunately, sleep quality was a major issue. The walls were extremely thin we could clearly hear the neighbouring rooms TV and morning alarms. The water pipes were also very loud at night, and we were often woken by housekeeping noise outside our room.

Our room was pleasant, like the design was always very warm, shower was hit and miss, communication with the hotel before is quite unpredictable they answered one email and not another which is disappointing and there's hidden charges like it's ten euros to hire an iron, ten euros to store your suitcase, it seems like it depends who you get when you ask these things. I had an amazing stay at Room Select Via Veneto. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless, and housekeeping came every day to make the bed and refresh toiletries, which was really appreciated.
The location is perfect close to everything. Theres a market just 2 minutes away thats open all hours, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distan...
