Elegant old world hotel close to some famous landmarks

We stayed in Rome for 2 nights before heading to Tuscany just before the Popes funeral. We really enjoyed this elegant and quiet hotel which was a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It was very comfortable, clean, and staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Big, gorgeous rooms

The Splendide Royal Hotel in Rome is a lovely hotel rhats walking distance from Fontana di Trevi.
The rooms are big, beautiful and traditionally decorated with nice to haves like black-out courtains and the most comfortable beds.
Personnel were friendly and always helpful.

This hotel is magic. There were a few small issues which I will mention but overall our stay was excellent.
We travel all over the world, Bali every year, US, Maldives, Europe, Switzerland and many other places. We nearly always pick our hotels by reading reviews. We love the St Regis hotels and Relais group also.

Romantic sightseeing getaway

I am currently sat in our beautiful spacious room and we are very sad to be checking out tomorrow. We have had a wonderful stay and cant wait to come back and stay again. My husband and I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel in September. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel so special and welcomed. We were upgraded to a Suite and greeted with a bottle of Champagne. What a beautiful hotel.
