Rude, unprofessional. Room was disgustingly filthy with dark liquid drippings on bathroom door and bedside table. Hair on bed sheets. When I complained manager Michaela chastised me. They have a low rating for a reason. 3.5 rating and rapidly dropping....

Firstly the plus point. . Convenient for the buses to and from the airport. Was a 30 min walk into the centre but we didnt mind walking so that was ok.
However, the downsides. We had a booked a triple room through Thomas Cook. 3 ladies on a trip to the markets and sound of music tour. We arrived at about 7pm. On reaching the room, there were 2 proper beds made up and a futon tucked away in the corner which was st...

Very nice staff. Very accommodating.
Location wise, its away from the major sites but is close to the bus stops. Its also right across the street from a small shopping center with a grocery store.
The room was ok. I didnt like that the shower had a frosted window in front of the bed. However, I liked the storage space and the mini fridge that was provided.

This is a horribly overrated hotel. We went there during Peak Summer and the AC in the room doesn't work. We were stuck in that hotel for three nights.
The staff couldn't even offer a room change as they claim the hotel was fully booked. They only managed to change the room on the last night.
I asked them for a cancellation and refund the money so I can find something else. They declined it and we were forced to sta...

The hotel has the basics you need for a city break. Nice 25 minute walk into town, plus well served with transport, including on the direct bus route to the airport. We had a corner room which was spacious. I emailed ahead asking for twin room and bathroom with a door and an early check in - these were all in place for us.
