I had a great experience at this hotel at the service area. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant.
What really made the visit special was the wonderful service from the young lady, Anxhela. She was extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Its rare to meet someone so friendly and professional.

Great stay at the Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

Nearly 2 weeks before flying to Germany and then Salzburg we had written several times to Expedia, who connected me to the hotel for the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket that only the hotel can issue, on physical paper or pdf by email. This hotel was a little disappointing for us.
What was excellent-
Costas in the bar, he was welcoming and friendly and the children thought he was great
What was okay -
breakfast not dreadful but pretty meh, lacked variety and taste.
The room was spacious and beds had reasonable comfort
The distance to Salzburg centre was a 20 minute walk, which we didnt mind
What was bad

Serious safety and service issues during our stay. The connecting door to the adjoining room was not locked, allowing the neighbouring guest to open into our room twice. We only avoided entry by blocking the door with a chair. Reception locked it later but showed no apology or urgency.
