Serious Safety and Service Issues During Stay

Serious safety and service issues during our stay. The connecting door to the adjoining room was not locked, allowing the neighbouring guest to open into our room twice. We only avoided entry by blocking the door with a chair. Reception locked it later but showed no apology or urgency.

A great hotel to explore Salzburg and the surroundings! We had a business suite, ideal for a family (2x adults, 2x kids), really spacious and comfortable, awesome breakfast (kudos to Nizam Omar for the great conversation and attention to details!!!) and great service from check in to check out!...

Clean, tidy, very close to the station but a couple of things to consider
. Its a walk of about 20 minutes to the old town and most of the tourist attractions - not a big deal if you like a walk - but bear it in mind
. The lounge bar is quite meh .. not really a great place to relax in the evening as it feels like its just part of the corridor - could be set out better (but the service was excellent).
