If you are expecting a four star experience you may be disappointed. After an early start and albeit 2.5 hours before a guaranteed check in time we were directed to a lower ground floor locker area to store our bags, after struggling for 20 minutes we gave up and returned to reception who then offered to store our bags while we waited for our room, lack of customer care! We had a wonderful experience. Elisabeth at breakfast was extremely kind, attentive, and made our morning truly pleasant with her warm service. We would also like to thank Mr. Vasileios from the F&B team, who kindly accompanied us and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Their professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable....

I had a great experience at this hotel at the service area. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant.
What really made the visit special was the wonderful service from the young lady, Anxhela. She was extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Its rare to meet someone so friendly and professional.

Great stay at the Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.
