Perfect location for a visit to San Francisco. Just on the bay walkable to lots f places.
Room was a good size for a city hotel. Comfortable bed with lovely sheets. Fresh white towels.
Staff very friendly & helpful.
Would go back & stay again.
Next door Perrys Embarcardo a great place for food....

Phenomenal experience. Everything from check in to the room (with a welcome card and chocolates) to free breakfast and evening wine.
Special thanks to Janelle, extraordinary front desk who was there to help me navigate the city and ensure everything was taken care of in an outstanding way. Ill be back!...

Excellent service, staff were respectful, great attitude. We were very pleased at how clean the room was. QUIET! LOVED IT! We got to rest which was awesome. Awesome the fact that it is near the embarcadero. We got around everywhere walking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...

My favorite hotel in SF. The rooms are on the small side, but so pretty. Bay Bridge view is incredible. Staff is exceptional, especially Janelle. What a lovely gal, so kind . Been there several times...can't wait to go back again soon. Go to State Bird Provisions while your in town. Best restaurant in SF, maybe the US....

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Check in with Carlos and Diana was welcoming and full of genuine hospitality. Truly felt as if we were being welcomed into their home and that they were excited to intro us to their city. They set 5* stage even before we got to our amazing room. Cant say enough positives and all set by the genuinely welcoming greeting. Thank you Carlos and Diana!...
