If it wasn't for a business trip, I wouldn't have continued to stay here.
First day there, and there was hair in the shower and sheets were stained and torn. The room definitely wasn't properly cleaned. I was offered a few credits for my troubles, which looking back was the bare minimum. But turns out the employee forgot to add the credits, when I later checked, but I at least got a breakfast voucher to make up for ...

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff
Resort fees were given back in credits which we used towards breakfast , which was great
Room was clean, comfortable bed , coffee supplied (was very nice coffee)
The autumn display in reception was so nice
The only thing that let it down was location for us ....we mainly wanted to be down fishermans wharf end, so was $20 every trip we did....rode in a Waymo which was cool

Great location in Union Square. We were able to check in about 1030am which was greatly appreciated. Sky lounge/bar on 46th floor has been amazing views of the city. We stayed on the 16th floor in tower 3 right off the roof top pool. Our room had Crabtree shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion along with a coffee maker. King size bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. Decorated for the fall season. Doormen were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were on top of check in and requests. Housekeeping did a good job with keeping the room replenished and clean

5 Stars Incredible Stay at Hilton Union Square!

I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. I stayed on the 40th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning waking up to that skyline was something I wont forget!
Parking was super easy in the secure garage, which made coming and going stress-free a big plus in a busy city like SF. The hotel felt very safe and well-managed throughout my stay.
