Larysa at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to change rooms and she made the process very smooth. Her experience and professional was top notch. Kudos to Hilton for employing such friendly, respectful and kind employees. We would highly recommend this hotel as a great option in SF....

This was our first time staying at the Hilton Union Square. We previously stayed at the Hilton in the financial district and honestly feel like its gone downhill over the years. So we wanted to try something new. First of all we came into the city from the north over the Golden Gate Bridge and it was a very stress free drive to find the hotel and very convenient parking garage!
