Older Hilton, excellent service

This is an older Hilton, but service was excellent. There was an issue with the safe in my room, and Tony from Engineering came up to help me. He explained that he could not totally fix it but he explained a go-around that would allow me to use it. He was efficient, well-informed, and friendly. I had positive interactions with other staff....

We had the best experience at Hilton, such great customer service while we were here for a conference. Cityscape lounge is a beautiful experience; we went two nights in a row and had the best service by Max. Great trip!...
