Excellent Location to Fisherman's Wharf

We selected this hotel because of the free breakfast, fitness center, parking on site, and location to Fisherman's Wharf. It checked all our boxes. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the workout room was well equipped. The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the Greek yogurt option.
We were close enough to walk t o the wharf each day....

Stayed here with my family July 26 29th, 2025 in room 462. Public Service announcement - please, please, please check your rooms for bed bugs
Unless this probelm gets resolved - avoid this hotel!...

The location of the hotel is handy but very noisy with loud constant traffic noise. Breakfast is exactly the same every day. Dry scrambled eggs, sausage and chopped plain potatoes. Nothing else hot and it never changes. The worst part is there is not even close to being enough tables. People sit on benches in the lobby and computer desks and in an untidy conference room next to the elevator. The rooms are ok, bed ok...

Front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All people we spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable even very late at night. The room was clean and location convenient to walk to the sites. Coffee was better than we expected and our kids loved the pancake maker. It was busy, but we always found a table and enjoyed a basic breakfast each morning. We wish there was a bar or place to have a drink close by...

Great location, within easy walking distance of Pier 39, Alcatraz ferry and a lot of San Fran sights. Nice, clean and fresh rooms and having breakfast included for our family of five saved some money! Helpful and friendly staff on reception....
