Never again. Lookout the small letters

They charge us an amenity fee for the use of internet in 30 dólares for day. Dont tell us about it. An absurd, abusive and malicius. Never again in me life i Will be at this hotel. The instalations are ok, the breakfast is the same every day. Very dissapointed....

Hotel in a great location

Dropped a star purely because the noise from outside at night was pretty bad. Feel they need better windows. We visited from Scotland in February for a couple of nights and found the hotel great with good breakfast, staff all friendly and easy walk to pier 39. Would stay here again. ...

Needs remodeling!

The hotel is pretty dated and rooms in need of attention. Dusty, rust in tub, grime in corners, bad lighting, bathroom fixtures need replacing, air was really loud, beds were hard, desk chair was broken. Needs better insulation, halls were loud. Breakfast was the same daily but coffee was good. But the location was good and staff were friendly. Not half as nice or comfortable as the many other Holiday Inn Express I...

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had such an amazing stay. The room was very large and the bed massive and so comfortable. You had the option of a soft or firm pillow. The bathroom was very functional and clean. The Dove lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was of high quality. The complimentary breakfast was good. If you need gluten free bread, just ask. Good hotel in great location but USB charging issue

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, good breakfast, responsive staff.
Cons: All four of the USB ports in the room were off-centre in the holes so nothing could be plugged in. Despite being on time for check-in, the first room we were given had a view of concrete walls (which would, I thought, go to a late-arriving guest)....
