Once upon time this hotel might have been a 4 star but far from it now! From the outside looks very pretty especially in the evening but nothing like that inside - very outdated, staff at the bar (that opens at 4.30 pm !!) very rude and unfriendly, breakfast poor, air condition not working, just overpriced at the best 2* hotel!...

Please do not be fooled by the beautiful outside of the building. Once you step inside you will see how old the hotel is and once you go to your floor the outdated carpets and decor, reminds you of something out of a horror film. Air conditioner there is none that works, I feel sorry for anyone staying in the hotter months. The bar does not open until 4.30pm I have never been to a hotel where the bar is not open in t...

Well the Hotel was somewhat run down. On entering our room we had no double bed as requested and no tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was poor, no freshly cooked eggs and fruits were out of date. I visited Sevilla to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday and my infant's first international trip, booked a suite room @Exe Sevilla Macarena after reading reviews/feedback.
