    The Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort Hotel & Spa comes with a super-sized pool scene, state-of-the-art kids’ clubs and a long list of activities.

    You’ll find this hotel planted on the coast, a 20-minute drive from the towns of Side and Manavgat. Tropical gardens pack out the grounds, which lead down to a private stretch of sand.

    There’s something going on all throughout the day here. Games and competitions are organised around the pools, while watersports are on offer down at the beach. Music and dance shows steal the spotlight in the evenings.

      There are 6 à la cartes at the Sunis Kumköy Beach Resort Hotel & Spa – offering cuisine from Italy, South America, Turkey, and the Far East, plus barbecue and seafood dishes, too. If you're staying for 5 nights or more then you'll be able to dine at one of the aforementioned for free, once per stay, per person. Just so you know, you'll need to make a reservation when dining at an à la carte, plus there's a smart dress code, too.

      You'll be able to dip into a couple of lagoon-like pools here, plus a further two pools have waterslides, even.

    The food is really amazing. There is a lot variety and it tastes really good. The crew is always smiling and very polite. The animation team is nice. Everything is clean - came here for the second time. Can’t recommend it enough.

    Plus: Good kitchen Clean garden Clean pool !! Minus: 1st room we got was NOT properly cleaned, dust on tv, mold in shower, sheets stained. Roombar not filled. 2nd room we got was cleaner and was +500 euro upgrade. Not all staff as friendly. If tipped you get better service At the end of dinner service tables not cleaned at reasonable speed. The hotel could use a fresh paint job, some areas solewhat outdated. Ratings have gone down over the years.

    We Stayed with at the swimup house with two lovely bedrooms with two nice bathrooms. food was good and varied. swimming pool is wonderfully centrally located. beach is also wonderful and accessible from the hotel.

    Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant approach towards to guests visiting their friends who are staying at this hotel. Felt like we are at the prison. GR staff is not presenting themselves and we were given 30 minutes for a visit.
    As All Inclusive goed.. this is in my top 5

    Just arrived home. We had a family room with sea view. No complaints, 2 bathrooms, 2 (good)? aircon, 2 fridges (filled daily), cleaned well every day, tv was a bit iffy.. If I look back, we had a great holiday. I read above complaints about sunbeds. Well this is not true, my husband and me were down at 8am daily and made a game of watching the management remove reserved towels until 9am. Which I agree, so up until 9am you could always find free sunbeds. The pool was a little bit too much qua loud music, sometimes i really had to go to my room to relax. We loved the food daytime, fir lunch is there so much choice, 2 dining areas..one in one out, fish bbq spot, pasta bar spot, pancake etc etc. Though evening s I found it awful, we eat 4 times out of 12 in the al a carte 4 times to get away from the mass crowds. Plus far too many stew like dishes..covered in gravy. .if I saw another dish covered in sauce I would scream. Though you are served wonderfully at your table for drinks..by wonderful waiters and waitresses. The al a carte were great, we did them all. Queuing to book one was awful but worth it. All In all, it is a good place that ticked all the boxes and I am fussy .just a little bit too busy... Question. Why was the restaurant under my room closed when there were queues everywhere by the evening meal??
