I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki and found it to be both comfortable and convenient. The hotel has elegant decor and offers a variety of amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful, helping the check-in and check-out procedures go well.

I am at this hotel now and having a great time.
Its a beautifull hotel, i have a very nice room. And all is clean and nice.
But what really makes this a 5 star hotel is the staff. Always smiling and very helpfull and uber friendly. I feel very much appreciated and welcome here.

This is a lovely hotel spacious well-appointed rooms, little balconies (but no outdoor furniture), nice breakfast buffet, welcome snacks, lemon water in the lobby, nice courtyard area. BUT it is in a desolate flat commercial wasteland of abandoned buildings, grubby auto shops & even the occasional streetwalker behind the hotel.Im not saying the area isnt safe (as an American, I was probably much safer here than a...

We are conference organisers and thus in hotels very often. Our experience with the Grand team this week, with a conference of more than 300people, was exceptional! The service, the conference rooms, the accommodation, the catering, but most of all the amazing team of the Grand , is to be remembered! We will definetely return!...

It is a beautiful hotel and staff is nice. So why only 3 stars... part of town is sketchy and usual walkers in group didn't feel comfortable. The pool was closed by out 530 pm arrival. Finally get to room and ac is off and a note card that they elected to help energy crisis and thermostat will not go below 75. I'mp sorry I can save for heat, but lying here sweating will not help my peeps form. And i can sleep ...
